Hi! I'm Nada, an Executive coach (PCC) specialized in life transitions.

If you're reading this, chances are you're going through a transition of your own and are looking for tools and strategies to help you to navigate these sometimes difficult moments.

Like you, I have also experienced many life transitions. Some have been big, some small; some by choice, and others were chosen for me. I’ve lived in five different countries across three continents and worked in four different industries. Along the way, I’ve learned to harness all the chaos and disruption of change, and have grown into an adaptable and resilient person, currently living in Miami with my husband and kids.

As worthwhile as my journey has been and continues to be, it hasn’t been simple or straight-forward.

I spent 15 years working in the hospitality business before becoming an entrepreneur, channeling all my energy and drive into my own restaurant and e-commerce platform. When I decided to close my restaurant––a major tipping point for me and time of deep introspection––I knew I had to find a new sense of purpose.

Through the chaos of yet another move and the seclusion of the COVID-19 pandemic, I somehow managed to carve out a moment for myself and take a course on the science of well-being during which I almost immediately experienced a feeling of coming together. I realized that in order to nourish myself and grow, I needed to help others find and navigate their best path forward. It’s in this spirit of engagement and mutuality that I decided to become an ICF-certified coach––and I haven’t looked back since.

Aligned with my own experience, passions and abilities, coaching has allowed me to help others make sense of the uncertainties that come with change. With accredited CTA training (Coach Training Alliance) and internationally recognized certification in both Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™ (TLT), I am officially fluent in the language of transition, as well as in English and French.

Always eager to learn more about self-empowerment and connecting to inner-wisdom, I continue to develop my tool-kit and improve my skillset as a member of the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), The Time Line Therapy™ Association (TLTA), the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a board member and volunteer with the ICF Southern Florida chapter for the Outreach Committee and DEIB Committee.

I have also established the “GROW cycle of Change” to work through times of uncertainty with my own clients and offered 50-minutes workshops during the International Coaching Week (ICW): “Managing the Certainty of Uncertainty” & “A Fluid Sense of Self: Help your Client Flourish in Times of Uncertainty” to share both tools with other coaches.

Knowing what it means to reinvent yourself and what it takes to keep moving forward, even when you feel overwhelmed, underappreciated, and stuck, I am committed to helping you move through the change without losing who you are in the process.

“All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.” Anatole France
